ELIGIBILITY:
I) The Candidates who have completed the Post Graduate such as M.D(AM)., M.D(E.H)., M.D(Acu)., M.D., M.S., M.D.S., M.D(S)., M.D(A)., M.D(H)., M.D(U)., or any other Master Degree Course in Para Medical Science such as M.P.T., M. Pharm., M. Sc (Nursing) etc., Medical Practitioners / Research workers who are practicing for the last 10 years can apply for F.R.H.S
II) The Candidates who have completed the Under Graduate such as B.A.S.M., B.S.M.S., B.A.M.S., B.U.M.S., B.H.M.S., M.B.,B.S., B.D.S., or any other Bachelor Degree Course in Para Medical Science such as B.P.T., B. Pharm., B.Sc (Nursing) etc., or Medical Practitioners / Research workers who are practicing any kind of Complementary or Alternative Medicine for the last 10 years can apply for M.R.H.S
III) The candidate should have completed 10 years of medical service in any medical system. Age Limit above 25 years. RMP/RSMP/RAMP/RUMP/ RHMP/ OR RIMP Medical Practitioners are practicing under experience basis or registration basis should be produced their Experience Certificate at the time apply for A.R.H.S
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AWARD :
Along with the properly filled application
1. 3 copies of Passport size photographs
2. Xerox copies of the General Qualification certificate
3. Xerox copies of the Medical Qualification
4. Xerox Copy of residential proof (Ration Card, Voter ID, Adhar Card etc.,)
5. Age Proof (TC, Mark List, Passport etc.,)
V) FEES: INR 15,000/- for F.R.H.S, INR. 12,000/- for M.R.H.S, INR. 10,000/- for A.R.H.S. ( USD 300, 250, 200 respectively for NRI )
BENEFITS: After Getting the membership one can suffix F.R.H.S OR M.R.H.S OR A.R.H.S after his / her name. It will be very useful to improve your practice and to earn a good profile of your medical carrier.
